Shilajit (pronounced Shee-la-jeet) is a mineral resin found in the highest elevations around the world. It’s said to be the most powerful adaptogen on the market. Shilajit has been part of Ayurvedic medicine for centuries and its power and benefits are endless and impressive. It’s formed over centuries by the slow decomposition of plants.

How to Use Shilajit

Shilajit has been a part of my morning routine for well over a year. It’s best taken first thing when you wake up, on an empty stomach to maximize the absorption and benefits. It gives me more energy than any cup of coffee or tea I’ve ever drank. Shilajit comes in different forms: Resin (my favourite), powder and pill. The purest form is Resin.
